What do I need to include with my return?
We only ask that you include a copy of your invoice inside the return package along with the item(s) you’re returning (unworn, with original tags).
Can you promise there will be no custom or duties when the package arrives?
All international packages can potentially incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country and those charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes charged when using standard shipping.
I have ordered the wrong item/size by mistake. Can I edit my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item you can log in to your purchase history and click the cancel button or contact our customer service team with your request.
I received my order and an item is damaged! What do I do?
Please email as soon as possible with your order number and an image of the damaged item(s) which you received. After doing so, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization form to send back your damaged item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.
I received my order and it is incorrect! What do I do?
Please e-mail as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. After doing so, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization form to send back your incorrect item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.
Have you received my return items?
As soon as your return item(s) are received and checked in by the WEAR-ARTS warehouse, you will be issued a refund (or store credit) and sent a confirmation email. If you have not received this email, then your return has not yet been checked in. If you believe your return package has been received and you have not yet been refunded or credited, please send an email email@example.com so that we can get this sorted out for you.
Can I return anything?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any sale items. We are happy to authorize returns on all other items.
Do I have to pay for shipping on my return?
Yes, customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns at this time.
